The 3-day IECE International Principals Seminar, lasting from from 3rd, May to 5th, May, has completed successfully in Chimelong Hotel, Guangzhou. The grand teaching study party has gathered nationwide mainstays with same educational missions, collectively focusing on the ‘International Perspective’and exploring a practical way of early childhood.

Gathering mainstays at home and abroad, establishing a platform for win-win

The IECE International Principals Seminar invitedearly childhood specialists at home and abroad as lecturers. They are education investigators and directors of early childhood career development, however, all of them have been leading and influencing the development of the field of early childhood with their own special ideas and achievements. In this grand teaching study party, they demonstrated different way of thinking and teaching models to all the participants present with their professional perspectives and educating cases, analyzing the Children's psychology and teachers’ teaching behaviors andguiding the principals’thinking towards the teaching models and management in their kindergartens.

Topics focus on new trends of early childhood and workshops promote learning

The IECE International Principals Seminar focused on three sections- paying close attention to new trend of the modern earlychildhood, analyzing early childhood policies and sharing new early childhood curricula at home and abroad. Both all well-planned topics and judgement towards the industrial development trend immersed the principals in this grand learning party and making notes seriously.

Against the international early childhood session, IECE involved gathering topic trainings and seminars based on optional topics. On the morning of 4th May, Australian experts shared their own education ideas and cases respectively in the grand hall. On that afternoon, the principals selected their interested topics and took part in corresponding speeches in different conference rooms, which allowed them to discuss with the experts in group and better applied what they learnt to real teaching and kindergarten operation. What’s worth mentioning was the Simultaneous interpreters that ensured the principals can work with high efficiency and learn advanced international education ideas promptly.

In the domestic session, the heavy weightof the field of early childhood in China, Prof. Qian Zhiliang from Beijing Normal University, put himself out of way to hurry to Guangzhou overnight. He shared with the principals from several aspects like development of the early childhood, young kids behavior analysis and influence on young kids from kindergarten and family. Then Prof. Zheng Fuming from South China Normal University education college, who’s also the subdecanal, continued to share his speech with different cases based on a main line of the international early childhood trend. Doctor Bailing, the curriculum director of CA Hills Kindergarten, explained the experience of the CAG curriculum development and its real application and value. At last, Doctor Wang Qingbo who’s the brand founder of CA Hills kindergarten, demonstrated his own career of early childhood and experience of early childhood brand establishment.

On-the-spotteaching demonstration in distinctive curriculum theme zone

The CA Hills CAG curriculum was developed by Doctor Bailing who’s the curriculum director of CA Hills kindergarten. She developed the CAG curriculum to be a completed play-based curriculum framework, which fits the Chinese age-appropriate kids, through multiple investigations and studying with her education studying team, combining with PYP curriculum which is the most potential outstanding curriculum of IB programs and the real situation of the early childhood in China. In order to help the principals give an insight into the CAG curriculum, textbooks of different grades were displayed in the curriculum theme zone, where Doctor Bailingand teachers from the Teaching Studying Department of CA Education introducedthe CAG curriculum in detail and answered questions put forward by the principals. Except the textbook display, there was also a kindergarten teaching demonstration that allowed the principals to feel how the curriculum works and how it is charming, which made CAG curriculum spoken highly of by the principals. The CAG curriculum has already been put in Chinese early childhood market and there will be a teaching observation and learning activity in Nanjing on 18th, May. Principals who are interested in it can take part in this activity to feel the unique charm of CAG curriculum.

Organizing the great event for it gathers joy

The most important part of the dinner party was the launching ceremony of the IECE International Early Childhood Education Organization. It was launched by Kathryn Tully who’s the director of QCAA, Australia, Lyn Davis who’s theDirector of Global Studies at Hills Education Foundation, Queensland, Australia, Prof. Zheng Fuming who’s the subdecanal of South China Normal University Education College and Mr. Shi Dingsheng who’s the president of CAEducation & Investment Corp., Ltd by touching the screen, which emblemed the career of love of IECE has been set up. This also emblemed IECE had been actively to form a national early childhood platform that was internationally compatible to offer international, professional and high-end service to nation-wide early childhood brands.

In order to help the principal further explore the education charm of Hills, IECE also set up a lucky draw for the CA Education study tour to Australia. We would like to congratulate those who won the prizes coming about from the lucky draw, including one who won a free place and ten who won a discounted price of 5,000 RMB to take part in the study tour to Australia. The International Early Childhood Education Organization (IECE) was hosted by QCAA and co-organized by Hills Education Foundation and Guangdong CA Education & Investment Corp., Ltd. which is a united organization that gives priority to academic study of the field of pre-school education with the early childhood investment and oversea investment as the supplement. On May, 2017, IECE offered a communicating and learning platform for like-minded people of early childhood which allowed kindergarten principals coming from all over the country to get together and focus on the education career of love.
