People in the countryside hope to change their fates through education. There was a youngster with an education seed in his heart. Maybe this youngster will be an educator one day.

At last, Wang Qingbo didn’t go to a normal college. But he didn’t stop his passion for education. In his view, education is not only teaching. After graduation, following his heart, he chose to be an English teacher. Hoping to find something matched to inner mind in this industry, this youngster did work about not only English teaching but also teaching exploration and market promotion. Due to the love to education, this youngster stuck to his work, teaching of all ages, IELTS teaching and international education exchange, which must be precious experiences in his life.

We had an interview with Mr. Wang Qingbo about his unique education ideas.

Q:Why did you transfer to be an pre-school educator from an English teacher?

A: During the process of English teaching, I found grade is not the only standard to measure how good a child is. What hiding behind is the more important thing, child's growth. Therefore, I started to focus on overseas education, visited America, Canada, Singapore, Australia and so on, and defined children education after certain understanding of these countries’ education. Education needs to focus on child’s growth. Education is a process to help children find potentials and themselves.

Q: Why did you introduce Australian advanced education ideas into China?

A: From being a preschool educator, I understood the elements that affect education includes family, society, school, the best education golden time from zero to six and so on. In the meanwhile, I met Joe, the CEO of Australia Hills Education Foundation, and his team. We decided to cooperate, introduce advanced education ideas to China and do something for Chinese preschool education. From then on, we stepped onto the road of exploring preschool education and successfully introduced education resources of Australia Hills Education Foundation into China.

Q: Ma Yun has said, “What supports a team is value and sense of mission.” Is there a strong team behind you?

A: Introducing Australian advanced education ideas to China might be the dream of many educator. Fortunately, I got an opportunity to attend a preschool education doctoral program of Beijing Normal University for further study at that time. I met a group of partners with education dream as me, such as preschool education expert Qian Zhiliang, Dr. BaiLing, Mr. ZhangShuang, Ms. Tang Guifang, Ms. Yu Yinyan, Mr. Zhang Luti, Ms. Li Yun, Ms. Zhang Xueying and so on. It was they who integrated Australian advanced education ideas with Chinese preschool education perfectly, which laid a solid foundation for early childhood career.

Q: What do you think about the future development of CA Hills brand?

A: We found Guangdong CA Education Investment Co., Ltd and became the only working partner in China of Australian Hills Education Foundation. The president Shi Dingsheng and vice president Zhou Qiuxiong are also excellent entrepreneurs who are enthusiastic about education career. We hope to integrate better resources to make more children benefit and set up more wonderful kindergartens in China through establishing a platform. We have a strong teaching and research team. The core of our kindergarten is teaching. During teaching, our teachers should learn how to observe and guide children. We also established a teaching and research center in Nanjing, which can help to build high-quality teacher teams and get a handle on the curriculum.

We have a strong operation team to guarantee the good running of all CA Hills kindergartens. And, in the meanwhile, we try to involve parents into children’s education activities and change parents’ attitudes to children’s education. In 2017, we are going to begin the merchant franchise of CA Hills Kindergarten and find subsidiaries around China within five to ten years to make sure of the successful landing of every CA Hills Kindergarten. Our will is to offer children better education, cultivate children to be little world citizens and serve more families.
